Shivaji Sengupta selected to the AFCEA Small Business Committee

FAIRFAX, VA., September 18, 2018 – AFCEA International SBC Co Chairs David Pak and Eric Strauss announced today that NXTKey Founder and CEO Mr. Shivaji Sengupta has been selected for the AFCEA Small Business Committee.  

As one of AFCEA’s functional standing committees, the AFCEA Small Business program encompasses the activities of AFCEA International, the Small Business Committee, and local AFCEA chapters. Our activities provide targeted networking and relationship building opportunities that enhance small businesses’ efforts to develop and sustain business in the federal sector.

Mr. Sengupta’s company NXTKey Corporation provides cyber security solutions to key federal government agencies supporting them in maintaining their cyber defensive posture. NXTKey specializes in developing and providing cyber security architecture, security operations center (SOC), proactive security and security management services. Besides this, NXTKey provides information management and information technology consulting services to several state government and commercial companies.

Mr. Sengupta is also an Adjunct Professor for Cyber Security at Delaware State University. He has designed and is teaching the Applied Cyber Security Course at DSU.

In addition to AFCEA, Mr. Sengupta is also a Member of FBI InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2 and Information Systems Security Association (ISSA).
